SOAR New Hire Onboarding Courses

A multi-module e-learning program built in Articulate Rise 360, covering sales process, tools, and methodology for new hires. Originally scoped to include 13–14 Rise courses plus 4 Storyline simulator courses and 2 leadership videos.

Current state:
- Core Rise modules: largely complete
- Co-Pilot course: in final review/polish; pending one video re-record and splice confirmation
- Storyline simulator courses (4): pivoted — replacing with video-based Rise courses due to skill gap and maintenance concerns
- Leadership videos ("Day in the Life," "Welcome"): scrapped — logistical barriers with remote leadership coordination

Tech Stack Training Course (Next)

New course covering Salesforce, SalesLoft, and ZoomInfo. Gus will record walkthrough videos; Asymmetric will edit and build into Rise modules.

Status: Scoping — kickoff call with Abby scheduled for Monday, April 13 at 10:00 AM CT

• Gus prefers scope and frustration conversations to stay between him and the Asymmetric lead (Melissa); avoid raising in group calls with Mark present.
• Gus double-sends emails to both Agility and Asymmetric addresses intentionally — links require Agility login to function.
• Tech stack tool access (Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo) requires login within 24 hours of provisioning or accounts time out.
• Course outline migrating from Google Drive to Agility SharePoint; Google and Microsoft do not sync — maintain one canonical version in SharePoint.
