Context from Meeting
Sebastian confirmed he would create the tasks for the physical mail piece before end of day on 2025-12-26:
"AHS, I'm going to create those, the tasks we talked about in the AM meeting today. I'll create them today. That, like, physical mail or piece."
Paul had been searching for the trade show event details. Sebastian located the event information and shared it with Paul during the meeting:
"Paul, I know you had messaged me about the AHS trade show, and I had trouble finding the event info as well, but I just found it. If you want to complete kind of the setup of those."
Paul confirmed he would handle the setup. Booth numbers were also discussed — the client (AHS) had provided them to Sebastian, who passed them along to Paul.
Notes
- The trade show being referenced appears to be a build and remodel event. A Zoom-based event was ruled out as the wrong one.
- Sebastian's January schedule includes limited availability the week of Jan 5–8 (WFH Jan 5, in-person Cordwainer meeting in Rhode Island Jan 6, road day Jan 8), so task creation was prioritized before the holiday break ended.
