Lead Generation Service Proposal — 2025-10-31

Overview

During the [1], the team discussed a new lead generation service offering for American Extractions. The domain writing service was confirmed complete. The lead gen proposal was the primary outstanding item requiring follow-up.

Domain Writing Service

Status: Complete. Mark confirmed the domain writing service had already been delivered prior to the call.

Lead Generation Service Proposal

Service Details

American Extractions expressed interest in purchasing lead lists. Rather than using a third-party lead broker (as was quoted earlier in the year) or ZoomInfo, the team agreed to offer a Clay-based lead generation service managed in-house.

Proposed pricing: $0.50 per name

Deliverables per contact:
- Full name
- Job title
- Company
- LinkedIn profile URL

American provides the search criteria (industry, job title, geography, etc.); the team builds and enriches the list via Clay, then delivers it for upload into Pipedrive.

Outreach Strategy Discussion

Mark outlined an ideal multi-touch outreach sequence for working the list:

  1. LinkedIn message (via Sales Navigator)
  2. Email
  3. Phone call
  4. LinkedIn connect request
  5. Follow-up email

The team noted that phone calls are outside scope for Asymmetric to execute directly, but LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns are feasible. American has one or two salespeople who could own the phone and LinkedIn touches. Asymmetric can support email campaign execution.

Mark also noted that LinkedIn outreach tasks could potentially be handled by a contracted remote worker operating under the client's LinkedIn account (e.g., Caitlin's), following a provided script.

Start with email campaigns targeting the purchased list, recommend the full multi-touch sales process to their sales team, and expand scope based on their response.
