LinkedIn Ad Graphics — Urgent (Due 2026-03-28)
Overview
As of the 2026-03-26 stand-up, creating graphics for Asymmetric's LinkedIn paid ad campaign is the top design priority. The ad graphics are the sole blocker preventing the LinkedIn ads from going live. Andrzej's design team has been directed to deprioritize the Reynolds landing page in order to deliver these by end of day Friday, 2026-03-28.
This task surfaced during the stand-up when Karly flagged it as the highest-priority item in the Asymmetric queue — the only thing standing between the team and turning on paid LinkedIn traffic.

Key Decisions
- LinkedIn ad graphics take priority over the Reynolds landing page. Andrzej confirmed this during the stand-up. The Reynolds landing page is deferred to the week of 2026-03-31 at the earliest.
- Professional design is required — no AI-generated graphics. Karly noted that while an AI tool (referenced as "that other tool") might be acceptable for some social posts, paid ad creative needs to look polished. The team agreed.
- Asset available: Asymmetric has one usable headshot of Mark (currently on the website) that can be pulled for the ad creative.
Context
Asymmetric is in the process of a rebrand, which is why the design team is handling this rather than Roy. Once the rebrand assets are established, future ad graphics may be handled differently.
The LinkedIn ads are ready to launch pending only these graphics. No other blockers were mentioned on the paid media side.
