State Pages Workflow — 2025-11-03

Overview

During the ^[1], the team aligned on how to approach creating state-specific service pages for ^[2]. The existing Colorado page serves as the template; all new state pages are derived from it with targeted updates.

Required Updates Per Page

Each new state page requires the following changes from the Colorado baseline:

1. Hero image background — swap in a state-appropriate image
2. State-specific copy — update body text to reference the relevant state
3. Phone number — use a placeholder for now; actual numbers to be confirmed later
4. Remove Colorado-specific logos — strip any Colorado partner/certification logos from the footer or body

Workflow: Subtask Approach

To prevent feedback from piling up and errors from compounding, pages are not to be created all at once. The agreed process:

• Melissa will maintain a ClickUp card for Bluepoint state pages
• Each batch of 4–5 pages is broken out as a subtask on that card
• Andrzej works through subtasks sequentially, allowing client review between batches
• This keeps feedback manageable and reduces the risk of sloppy revisions at scale
