Hospital Contact List Enrichment Project
Overview
Bluepoint provided a sample contact list of hospital accounts (sourced from Integra) for data enrichment. The goal is to append missing contact information and gather market signals to support their reverse ATM sales outreach. The list contains several unclear column abbreviations that must be clarified before enrichment work can begin.
Status: Blocked — awaiting client clarification on column abbreviations.
The List
The contact list appears to be a healthcare/hospital dataset tied to Integra's GPO (Group Purchasing Organization) network. Columns include facility identifiers, GPO codes, contact names, and several abbreviated role/type fields. A sample contact ("Christy") was visible but lacked email or phone data.
Column Abbreviations (Pending Clarification)
The following abbreviations appear in the list and need to be defined by Bluepoint before enrichment targeting can be determined:
| Abbreviation | Best Guess (AI-assisted) | Status |
|---|---|---|
| FAC | Facility | Likely correct — needs confirmation |
| NAE | National Account Executive | Likely correct — needs confirmation |
| RAM | Regional Account Manager | Likely correct — needs confirmation |
| SDH | Unknown | Needs client clarification |
Note: If NAE and RAM refer to Integra account reps rather than hospital contacts, enrichment strategy changes significantly — we would target the hospital-side contacts rather than the Integra reps.
Contractual Constraint
Bluepoint cannot direct-market to these contacts per their Integra contract. The enrichment work is exploratory — understanding what data is available and identifying indirect outreach paths.
Enrichment Plan (Clay)
Once abbreviations are clarified and target contact types are confirmed, Mark will run the list through Clay to append:
- Email addresses
- Phone numbers
- Company news / recent press
- Job postings (hiring signals)
- LinkedIn profile data
ZoomInfo is also available as a supplemental enrichment source, particularly useful for matching names to specific hospital facilities (e.g., "Christy at Washington County Hospital").
Key Decisions
- Do not enrich until abbreviations are defined. Enriching the wrong contact type (e.g., a secretary vs. a decision-maker) wastes Clay credits and produces unusable data.
- Clarify who the target is: hospital-side contacts, Integra reps (NAE/RAM), or the facility/GPO entity itself.
- Hospitals are a stated Bluepoint segment for reverse ATM placement — this list represents a real sales opportunity once properly enriched.
Action Items
- [ ] Karly — Email Bluepoint to define column abbreviations: NAE, RAM, SDH, FAC
- [ ] Mark — Once abbreviations confirmed, enrich the Integra hospital list in Clay and return results to Karly
