Design Sync Notes — Financial Utesk Project Status

Status at Time of Meeting

The project was sitting in Internal Review status at the time of the sync. Michał had already delivered most page designs to developer Jeff via a shared Figma file, and Jeff had begun building out pages. However, one page remained incomplete on the design side, and the client had been largely unresponsive to outreach.

Blocker: Unresponsive Client

The primary project blocker is the client's lack of responsiveness. Melissa noted she has been reaching out approximately once a week — requesting meetings and feedback — with little to no reply. This has stalled the feedback loop and prevented the project from moving into a formal client review phase.

Melissa indicated she may hand client relationship management for this project to Karly, who has an existing relationship with the client and may be better positioned to get a response.

Design Gap: About Us Page

The About Us page was identified as the one remaining incomplete design. It is specified on the Miro board but was absent from Karly's mockup set, creating some ambiguity about whether the client still wants it. The team's decision was to build it regardless — consistent with the project scope as originally defined — and let the client weigh in during review.

Michał noted the page was approximately half complete at the time of the meeting.
