Page-by-Page Changes
Homepage
The homepage copy had not been updated from the old version. Full replacement required.
- Text: Replace all body copy with content from the approved copy document
- Trademark: Update "Financial Wellness Done Right™" → "Financial Wellness Done Right®" throughout
- Section swap: Move the three-image navigation block (Overview / You Thrive / Retire U) to a consistent footer position on all pages
- New section: Replace the "Overview of Financial Wellness Done Right" section with a web-adapted version of the "Elevate Your Benefit Strategy with FinWellU" one-pager (currently being rebuilt as an editable asset)
- CTAs: Add a third button for "Employers" to the main CTA section
- Footer: Remove "All Rights Reserved," LPL tracking number, and "Securities offered through…" disclaimers — these do not apply to all FinWellU services
- Social: Remove Facebook icon; link LinkedIn icon once John Jonas provides the new page URL
You Thrive
- Remove "Help" from all instances of "Help You Thrive" (nav, headings, buttons) — the word is being dropped entirely
- Swap hero image with the Retire U page hero (the current You Thrive image better resonates with the Retire U audience and vice versa)
- Move text sections into image overlays to reduce text-heavy blocks; use zigzag layout where appropriate
- Move the "Master Your Money Today" CTA section higher on the page (currently buried at the bottom); overlay it on the woman-at-whiteboard image
- Add the You Thrive logo to the upper-left corner of the hero image
- Add "People First" header to the relevant section
- Ensure responsive scaling across screen sizes
Retire U
- Remove the colon from "Retire U:" in headings
- Swap hero image with the You Thrive page hero (see above)
- Move the final CTA section higher; overlay on the workers/group image rather than the advisor image (keeps the group/inclusive framing, avoids individual financial planning implication)
- Add the Retire U logo to the upper-left corner of the hero image
- Verify and fix responsive scaling
Employers
- Update subheading: "Plan Now, Thrive in the Future" → "A High-Impact Path to Employee Financial Wellness"
- Move "Financial Planning for Every Stage of Their Career" bullet points down onto the green image as an overlay
- Move "How Financial Wellness Done Right Works for You" (three pillars) to below the green image
- Condense the "Turnkey Advantage" section into a more visual format — consider image overlay or zigzag layout to reduce text density
- Keep the final CTA section (one-on-one advisor image) as-is; the individual image is appropriate for the employer audience
- Link all "Book Discovery Call" buttons to Contact Us page
About Us
- Fix typos:
- "zero solicitation policy" — add missing space
- "Stewardship and advocacy" — add colon
- Delete the entire "Our Resources" section, including all logos (Next Level GVA, CFP Board, LPL)
- Move the "Client Experience" section up to fill the space vacated by "Our Resources"
- Place the "Ready to Transform Your Workspace" CTA as an overlay on the man-and-woman image; remove the redundant extra button/image below it
Global / Site-Wide
- Trademark: Audit and update all ™ → ® for "Financial Wellness Done Right" across all pages
- Footer: Remove LPL disclaimers and "All Rights Reserved" from the blue footer on all pages; retain phone number and address for now (to be updated once FinWellU phone/email are finalized)
- Privacy Policy: Replace the LPL PDF link with a new on-page boilerplate privacy policy (Asymmetric to provide standard language)
- "Book Discovery Call" buttons: Link to Contact Us page site-wide; update to Paul Tourville's calendar link once configured
- Registration form: "Company Website" field is required — it routes users to their specific company portal (do not remove)
- Responsive design: Audit all pages for scaling/padding issues, particularly text running to screen edges
Financial Learning Library
- Current library is poorly formatted and hard to navigate
- Convert Broadridge content into individual webpages (not PDFs) to improve SEO and usability
- John Jonas to provide Word doc of Broadridge topics/headers to Karly; Karly builds the pages
- John Jonas to coordinate with Karly on implementing and customizing financial calculators
- Clean up filtering and visual differentiation in the library UI

Notes & Context
- The three-image footer block (Overview / You Thrive / Retire U) is intentionally kept as a consistent element across all pages. Per Peter Tourville, it serves as a placeholder for future dynamic content (news/updates per section) and should remain until the team is ready to populate it.
- The "Book Discovery Call" flow will eventually route to Paul Tourville's calendar for a 15-minute discovery call. Branding/confirmation email details (FinWellU vs. Next Level) still need to be resolved between John and Peter before that is configured.
- The "Company Website" field on the registration form is load-bearing — it links registrants to their specific employer portal. Do not remove.
