Reynolds Transfer Task Closeout
Overview
During the [1], Melissa flagged that the Reynolds account has a number of completed tasks from Yashwant Khare (Yash) that are still sitting open in the task system. Ben San Fratello, who has taken over the Reynolds account from Chris, needs to review and formally close these out.
Context
Ben recently inherited the Reynolds account as part of a broader account transfer following Chris's departure. At the time of handoff, Ben intentionally left some of Chris's recurring tasks in place while he got up to speed — meeting with the client first to understand what work should continue and what should be phased out.
Yash completed a set of tasks against the Reynolds account, but they remain in an open/internal-review state because Ben has not yet reviewed and signed off on them.
Action Items
| Owner | Action | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Ben San Fratello | Review completed tasks from Yash on the Reynolds account | Pending |
| Ben San Fratello | Confirm understanding of what was done (check links, deliverables, notes in each task) | Pending |
| Ben San Fratello | Mark reviewed tasks as done to clear the internal review queue | Pending |
| Ben San Fratello | Add any new recurring tasks appropriate to the account going forward | Pending |
Notes
- Melissa's guidance: "You'll just want to understand what he's done first, like again, look in here, look at the different links, et cetera, and make sure you understand for the next steps."
- This same closeout process applies to the [2], which also has open Yash tasks pending Ben's review.
- Ben indicated he is planning to add new recurring tasks (monthly email, blogs, etc.) once he has a clearer picture of what the client wants to continue.
