Stripe Donation Buttons & Form Removal — Completed
Overview
Adam (Wisconsin Masonic) had previously requested two website tasks: embedding Stripe subscription payment links into the donate buttons, and removing the existing donation form from the site. He followed up via email to Jeff, uncertain whether to route requests through Jeff or Mark.
Jeff had already completed both tasks before the Jan 30 sync. The donate buttons now link directly to Stripe rather than routing through the old form.
Resolution
| Task | Status |
|---|---|
| Embed Stripe subscription payment links on donate buttons | ✅ Completed by Jeff |
| Remove existing donation form from website | ✅ Completed by Jeff |
No further action is required on the technical side. Karly to send a confirmation email to Adam closing out the request.
Action Items
- [x] Jeff completes Stripe link embedding and form removal (done prior to this meeting)
- [ ] Karly emails Adam to confirm both tasks are complete and the donate buttons are working correctly
Next Steps — Workflow Automation Project
Separately from these small tasks, Wisconsin Masonic previously discussed a larger workflow automation project with Mark. During an earlier call, they walked through their internal process step-by-step and asked whether Asymmetric could help automate it.
This project was not addressed in Adam's recent email and has not been formally scoped or proposed. It needs to be resurfaced.

- [ ] Mark and Karly review scope and determine next steps for proposing the project
Context
Wisconsin Masonic is a lower-revenue account (~$500/month). The workflow automation project represents the primary near-term growth opportunity with this client. See [1] for full account overview.
