Seamless Logo Refresh & Brand Guidelines
Overview
During the December 2025 website redesign review, AAG presented a logo refresh and one-page brand guide to Seamless Building Systems. Both were approved by the client. The refresh modernizes the brand without requiring costly updates to existing physical assets (vehicle wraps, signage).

Logo Refresh
Design Direction
The updated logo is a simplified, cleaner version of the existing mark. Key changes:
- Reduced detail — removes the cross-hatching and double-drop elements present in the original
- Retains the circular form, now explicitly framed as a "barrier of protection"
- Includes a subtle roofline element within the circle as a nod to the core business
- Cleaner rendering suitable for digital, apparel, and small-format use
Rationale
The refresh was intentionally conservative:
- No rebranding of physical assets required — the change is subtle enough that existing truck wraps and signage remain consistent
- Brings the mark forward visually without abandoning brand recognition the client has built
- Client noted that orange is a strong recognition color in their market; the refresh preserves this
Status
✅ Approved — December 8, 2025
The client requested the vector file be sent to AAG (action item: Brandon Aman to provide vector logo file).
Brand Guide
A one-page brand guide was produced alongside the logo refresh. It covers logo variants, color palette, and usage notes.
Color Palette
Primary Colors
| Color | Role |
|---|---|
| Black | Primary text, structural elements |
| Blue | Brand anchor, secondary structural use |
| Orange | High-recognition accent; brand signature |
These reflect the client's existing color identity and are carried forward unchanged.
Secondary / Violator Colors
A set of secondary colors was defined for high-impact use cases — popups, calls-to-action, promotional banners, or any element that needs to stand out from the primary palette. These are not for general use; they serve as visual interrupters.
"Violator" is the internal term for a color used to draw immediate attention to a specific element on the page.
Application Notes
- Website: Primary palette governs all standard page elements. Violator colors reserved for CTAs and promotional modules.
- Apparel / Merchandise: Simplified logo renders cleanly at small sizes and on hats, shirts, etc.
- Vehicle Wraps / Physical Assets: Existing assets do not need to be updated. The refresh is backward-compatible with current fleet branding.
- Digital Icons / Service Marks: The circular logo form should be used consistently across service page icons and favicons.
