Overview

Adava Care is producing a comprehensive Wisconsin Guide as a lead-generation content asset. The guide will be gated behind an email capture landing page. As of the 2026-01-21 marketing sync, the full first draft is complete and awaiting client review, and the landing page is actively in design.

Status

Background

The guide was developed iteratively:

1. Outline phase — Sebastian sent an outline to Kari for structural review. Kari returned edits focused on expanding acronyms and correcting spelling conventions.
2. Full draft phase — The complete first draft (described as a "hefty," ~20-page document) was written after the outline was approved. This is the version currently awaiting review.

There was some confusion on the client side between the outline (previously reviewed) and the full draft. Sebastian committed to resending the full draft to ensure Kari and Kurosh were reviewing the correct document.

Distribution Strategy

The guide will be distributed via a gated landing page requiring an email address to access the download. This serves as a lead-generation mechanism.
