AviaryAI Content Pipeline — Vertical Pages & Case Studies
Overview
As of the [1] weekly sync on 2026-02-25, the content pipeline has two parallel tracks: (1) new SEO-focused vertical pages targeting industry segments, and (2) three journey case studies moving through design and build. Both tracks feed organic growth and serve as sales enablement assets.
Vertical Pages
Strategy
Rather than creating standalone use-case pages, the team decided to build vertical-first pages (e.g., Credit Unions, Banks, FinTech) and embed relevant use cases within each vertical. This approach:
- Avoids overcomplicating the user journey
- Concentrates keyword authority on fewer, higher-value pages
- Maps directly to the organic keyword analysis Sebastian had already completed
"We think having the verticals be those additional pages and then incorporating the use cases as part of the verticals is going to be the best way to go about that." — Sebastian Gant
Workflow
Sebastian drafts copy → Justin (AviaryAI) reviews → Design → Webflow build
Copy is SEO-oriented, with keywords mapped to each vertical page and volume/intent data documented in the organic analysis spreadsheet.
Audio Demo Requirement
Each vertical page must include playable audio demos, replicating the functionality already live on the homepage. Webflow previously had CDN limitations for MP3 hosting, but this was resolved in the last redesign. Developers can replicate the homepage audio component and swap in vertical-specific MP3 files provided by Justin.
Blogs (Separate Track)
Blog posts target longer-tail keywords not covered by the vertical pages. Sebastian committed to delivering first blog topic drafts to Justin by end of week (week of 2026-02-25).
Journey Case Studies
Three case studies documenting customer journeys through AviaryAI's core use cases. These are also being requested by existing clients and partners as leave-behind materials.
| Case Study | Status (as of 2026-02-25) | Target Build | Target Publish |
|---|---|---|---|
| Collections | Build starting next week | Week of 2026-03-03 | ~2026-03-07 |
| Dormancy | Design completing EOW | Build week of 2026-03-03 | ~Late 2026-03-07 |
| Onboarding | Design next week | Build week of 2026-03-10 | ~2026-03-14 |
- "Built" means published live on Webflow
- Collections provides the base template; subsequent studies reuse the structure ("rip and stick")
- Sebastian split these into individual Jira tasks with owners and dates
