AHS Operations System Setup
Overview
AHS (Madison Asbestos & Hazardous Services) is in the process of configuring an operations system (OS) to manage proposals and related workflows. Implementation is being handled by DeMarc, with Gina Richardson serving as the internal point of contact for template content and field accuracy review.
As of the March 2026 marketing meeting, the setup was unblocked after Gina provided proposal templates that had been the primary outstanding dependency.
Current Status
In Progress. Templates have been delivered; implementation and field review are pending.

Implementation Details
Proposal Templates
- Gina sent 8 proposal templates to DeMarc during the March 2026 meeting
- Additional templates may still be outstanding — Gina noted there are "probably more"
- Templates are a prerequisite for DeMarc to proceed with OS configuration
Field Review Process
Once templates are implemented, DeMarc is expected to schedule a review session with Gina to confirm that all fields are correctly configured and accurately reflect AHS's proposal workflow.
