Bluepoint Tier 2/3 Automation — Pardot Flows

Overview

While Tier 1 ABM outreach for Bluepoint's PaperTube project uses a manual, personalized send workflow inside Salesforce (see [1]), Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts are planned for automated delivery via Pardot flows. This article captures the current status, design intent, and outstanding dependencies for that automation work.

Status

Blocked — awaiting email copy from Voke.

As of 2026-02-18, Voke is finalizing the email copy for Tier 2/3 outreach. Once copy is delivered, Mark will build the Pardot flows and segment the appropriate contacts into them.

The Tier 2/3 flows follow the same general outreach sequence concept as Tier 1 (multi-step email cadence over ~30 days) but remove the manual send step — contacts move through the sequence automatically once enrolled.

Email Format Consideration

Initial drafts were written as plain-text emails. During the 2026-02-18 check-in, Mark and Karly noted that converting them to HTML styled to look like plain text may be worth pursuing for deliverability and tracking reasons. Voke is writing copy as plain text; formatting decisions will be made at build time.

Contact Segmentation

Contacts will need to be sorted into the appropriate Tier 2 or Tier 3 flow at enrollment. The segmentation logic has not been fully defined yet and will be addressed when Mark builds the flows.
