Paul's GoHighLevel & HubSpot Automation Training

Overview

Paul has been identified as the internal candidate to fill a critical automation skill gap at Asymmetric. As of the November 24, 2025 weekly sync, he has been given access to GoHighLevel and is beginning structured self-directed training. HubSpot access is pending. Mark will provide direct mentorship as Paul progresses.

The motivation is clear: automation expertise (GoHighLevel, HubSpot) is in active client demand, and building this capability internally reduces dependency on external resources and creates a defined growth path for Paul.
