AHS Postcard Design — Daisy Approved (500 blank-back)

Overview

During the [1] monthly marketing meeting on 2026-01-29, the postcard design was finalized and approved for print production. The selected design features a daisy-style flower motif and will be printed with a blank back to maximize flexibility across use cases.

Design Decision

Two postcard designs were reviewed side by side, both featuring daisy-style flowers. Gina selected the first (top) design — described as the more daisy-like of the two — as the approved version.

"I would say the top one." — Gina Richardson

The design was originally created with two back variants: one with printed copy ("thank you for letting us take care of your home") and one blank. After discussion, the team decided to print all 500 with a blank back, allowing staff to handwrite personalized notes as needed. This also avoids the design being inappropriate for commercial jobs or multi-day projects where a standard thank-you message wouldn't fit.

Field Value
Quantity 500
Back Blank (no printed copy)
Design Daisy flower, top/first variant
Intended use Leave-behind after jobs; thank-you cards; handout at events

Intended Use Cases

The blank back was chosen specifically because some jobs (commercial, multi-day, or partial-scope) don't suit a generic printed message. Staff can write a custom note by hand instead.

Printing Quote — Pending

Sebastian committed to contacting Melissa (Asymmetric's Madison-area contact) to obtain a printing quote for 500 units. The quote will then be shared with Gina before production is authorized.

AHS also noted they have their own printing contacts in Madison and are not locked in — the Asymmetric quote is being obtained for comparison.
