Agility Recovery RISE 360 Training Modules

Overview of the RISE 360 module suite being developed for ^[1]'s new hire sales training program. Modules are built in Articulate RISE 360, with select use of Storyline for interactive elements. Ownership of completed modules is transferred to Gus Donelson (Agility Recovery) upon finalization.

Co-pilot Module & Storyline Decision

The Co-pilot module is the first to incorporate an Articulate Storyline element embedded within RISE 360. Key considerations:

Isalia's assessment: The Storyline element is functional but feels redundant — the same learning objectives can be achieved using native RISE 360 blocks. It does offer additional interactivity and personalization options.
Value of the exercise: Building the module was a valuable learning experience for working with Storyline.
Open question: Gus will review the Co-pilot module and decide whether to continue using Storyline for future modules (particularly the tech stack courses — see ^[2]), reduce its scope within Co-pilot, or rely on RISE 360 natively going forward.
Potential future use: Gus noted that Storyline may be well-suited for the Salesforce/SalesLoft/ZoomInfo courses, where simulation-style interactivity adds clear value.

Module Ownership Transfer Process

When a module is complete and approved:
1. Isalia transfers ownership in RISE 360 to Gus Donelson.
2. A "collaborate" invite is sent (distinct from a review request).
3. No further action is required from Gus on transferred modules unless edits are needed.

Note: The Articulate subscription was flagged as expiring in ~4 days at the time of this meeting. Gus was to follow up with the account admin to ensure renewal.

Recovery Management & Testing — Luke Terry Feedback

Luke Terry (Recovery Manager) was added as a reviewer and submitted comments via Review 360.
Feedback was received the day of this meeting and had not yet been reviewed.
Isalia will assess the comments and determine whether a new published version is needed.
This module was previously considered complete; edits may be minor.

Authoring Tool Notes

Subscription: Articulate subscription renewal flagged — Gus to confirm with admin
Access provisioning: Isalia does not yet have live access to Salesforce/SalesLoft/ZoomInfo for course development; Gus will send a 24-hour expiring invite when Isalia is available to accept and set up the account
