Training Architecture
Split-LMS Model
The IR JSR uses a two-system training model:
- Arctic Wolf's LMS — Learners complete the core product training directly on Arctic Wolf's platform. Agility Recovery does not replicate or host this content.
- Agility Recovery's LMS — An Arctic Wolf assessment is assigned within Agility's own LMS to track completion on Agility's side.
"They're going to have to do some particular trainings within the Arctic Wolf website, not ours... There will be an Arctic Wolf assessment within our LMS."
— Gus Donelson, 2026-02-13
Key Design Decision: No Duplicate E-Learning
Because learners complete training on Arctic Wolf's platform, no new Agility e-learning module needs to be built for the IR JSR at this time. The product is treated as a standalone training track that runs parallel to the SOAR curriculum.
SOAR Course Integration
The IR JSR is introduced within the [2] Facilitator Guide (FG) as a facilitator note — not as a full module. The intent is to:
- Make facilitators aware the product exists and has just launched
- Direct learners to complete training on Arctic Wolf's LMS
- Inform facilitators that they will assign the Arctic Wolf assessment through Agility's LMS
Facilitator Guide Action Item
Add a note to the relevant section of the FG that:
1. Introduces the IR JSR product and the Arctic Wolf partnership
2. Explains that product training occurs on Arctic Wolf's LMS (not Agility's)
3. Notes that an assessment will be assigned in Agility's LMS upon completion
Broader Context
The IR JSR introduction coincides with a planned in-person training session in Denver where Gus intends to walk the sales team through the Arctic Wolf product alongside business reviews and new operational content. The SOAR Facilitator Guide note serves as the written anchor for that live facilitation.
