BluePoint State-Specific Pages with CallRail
Overview
BluePoint ATM approved a 50-state SEO page initiative to build local credibility and improve organic search visibility. Each state gets a dedicated landing page with localized content, a CallRail local phone number, and a tracked contact form. The approach uses a single approved template before scaling to all states.
The strategy emerged from a recognition that prospects searching for ATM services often want to know a provider is "local" — even when the company operates nationally from Colorado. State-specific pages with local area-code numbers address this perception gap while also creating SEO surface area for state-level queries (e.g., "BluePoint ATM available in Michigan?").
Cross-linking from existing regional sites (Colorado ATM, Virginia ATM) to the main BluePoint site was already generating measurable referral traffic at the time this initiative was approved, validating the local-presence approach.
Page Structure
Each state page should include:
- Localized hero image — state-relevant photography (sourced from iStock subscription)
- Localized copy — references to the specific state, relevant compliance context where applicable
- Prominent CallRail local number — displayed visibly near the top of the page (below hero), not buried in the footer; the local area code is the credibility signal
- Contact form — same form structure used site-wide, but configured so the notification subject line identifies the source state (e.g., "Contact Form from Vermont")
- Lead source tracking — form submissions tagged by state for CRM attribution
- Standard site navigation and footer — no custom nav; these are interior pages
Note from design review: Remove the top "Contact Us" CTA button that appears on the template draft — the phone number and form lower on the page serve that function. The phone number should be sprinkled in 2–3 times throughout the page, not just once.
CallRail Integration
CallRail provides the local phone numbers that make each state page credible. Key details confirmed during the October 2025 call:
| Detail | Value |
|---|---|
| Pricing (as of Oct 2025) | $60/month for 5 local numbers + 1 toll-free |
| Included features | Call tracking, text tracking, attribution, call recording, call routing, 250 local minutes |
| Total cost for 50 numbers | TBD — Wade to confirm with Mark Hope |
| HubSpot integration | Confirmed supported |
| CRM | Calls and contacts should sync to HubSpot |
Open question: The $60/month plan covers 5 numbers. Scaling to 50 states requires clarification on whether additional numbers are billed per-number or via a higher tier. Wade Zirkle is following up with Mark Hope and CeCe via reply-all on the existing pricing email thread.
Interim approach: Pages can be built and staged using the main BluePoint 800 number. CallRail numbers are swapped in once pricing and account setup are confirmed — this does not block page development.

Rollout Plan
Template-First Approach
- Melissa Cusumano builds a single state page template
- Template is reviewed and approved by Wade Zirkle before any duplication
- Once approved, pages are duplicated and customized state by state
- No pages go live until the full batch for a given rollout phase is reviewed
State Priority Order
Wade Zirkle to send Melissa the prioritized rollout order. Confirmed starting states:
- Virginia — existing regional site already cross-linking; high-value market
- Colorado — home state; existing regional site; strong baseline traffic
Subsequent states should prioritize markets with the strongest cashless ATM compliance requirements, as those states represent the highest-intent search audience.
Timeline Estimate
Approximately 4–6 weeks from template approval to all 50 states complete, contingent on review turnaround speed from BluePoint. The main variable is content approval cycles, not build time.
SEO Rationale
- Local credibility signals: A local area-code number and state-specific copy reduce friction for prospects who assume a Colorado-based company won't serve their market
- Long-tail query capture: State-level pages can rank for queries like "reverse ATM provider [state]" or "cashless ATM compliance [state]" that the main site won't rank for
- Internal link equity: The state pages link back to core service pages, reinforcing the main site's authority
- Existing proof point: Cross-linking from the Colorado ATM and Virginia ATM microsites was already driving measurable referral traffic to the main BluePoint site before this initiative launched
