Overview

During the October 2025 marketing meeting, it surfaced that Asymmetric does not currently have access to Crazy Lenny's Google Business Profile. A Sunday hours correction is pending, and the profile cannot be updated until access is granted.

Issue: Incorrect Sunday Hours

The store's Sunday hours listed on the Google Business Profile are incorrect. The website was already updated to reflect the correct hours, but the Google Business Profile remains out of sync.

A suggestion was submitted directly to Google to update the hours, but Google controls whether suggested edits are accepted. Verified profile management access is required to make authoritative changes.

Profile owner/manager: Unknown — likely associated with a Gmail account held by Kevin
Current access: None — Asymmetric does not have manager access to the profile
Resolution path: Karly to contact Kevin to identify the Gmail account tied to the profile and request manager access

Context
