HubSpot Email Templates & Snippets Guide

HubSpot's Gmail integration provides two distinct content tools for sales outreach: Templates and Snippets. Understanding the difference helps reps build a reusable content library that keeps messaging consistent and saves time during high-volume outreach.

Both are accessible from the HubSpot toolbar inside Gmail. To access:

  1. Click Compose in Gmail.

Post-Meeting / Thank You

Sent after a qualification call or proposal meeting. Example opener:

"Thank you for taking the time to speak with me today…"

Website / Form Inquiry Response

For inbound leads who submit a form. Example opener:

"Thank you for visiting our website and reaching out…"

Style Guidance

  3. Ensure the voicemail follow-up template is consistent with the finalized voicemail script.

Integration with the Sales Cadence
