Salesforce Integrations Status

Status of the three Salesforce integrations discussed with Quarra (Lincoln Durham) as of February 2026. See also: ^[1], ^[2].

Microsoft Teams

Status: Approved and free
Cost: $0
Next step: Karly coordinating setup details with Abby (Salesforce account exec), who responded with an order form. Since it's free, confirming whether a signature is required before proceeding.
Strategic intent: Teams is being positioned as the SOP communication channel for Quarra, replacing the current mix of Teams, email, and group texts. The Salesforce–Teams integration will support per-opportunity channels that receive automated notifications from the evaluation workflow.

Status: Blocked — requires Sales Navigator
Cost: ~$100/seat
Details: The native Salesforce–LinkedIn integration only works with a Sales Navigator subscription, which Quarra does not currently have. If they adopt Sales Navigator, the integration itself is free to enable.
Decision: No immediate action; revisit if LinkedIn becomes a more active sales channel.

Status: Self-service setup pending
Cost: Free (included with Salesforce)
Next steps:
