Trachte FAQ Content Strategy — Smart Lock, Ask the Expert, Product & Service Pages
Overview
Trachte is executing a phased FAQ content rollout across its website to improve organic search visibility and on-page user engagement. The strategy covers three content areas — Smart Lock product FAQs, an "Ask the Expert" section, and product/service page FAQs — with a collaborative drafting workflow between Trachte's internal team (Robin) and the agency SEO lead (Sebastian Gant).
This article captures the current status, workflow, and next steps as of the January 2026 PPC/SEO sync.

Content Areas & Status
1. Smart Lock FAQs
- Status: ✅ Live on site
- FAQs were completed and published before the end-of-year holiday period.
- Serve as the template for subsequent FAQ rollouts.
2. Ask the Expert FAQs
- Status: 🔄 In internal review
- Drafted and submitted; currently under review by Trachte stakeholders.
- No updates expected until review is complete.
3. Product & Service Page FAQs
- Status: 🔜 Queued — not yet started
- Identified as the next phase following "Ask the Expert" completion.
- Will cover individual product pages and service offering pages across the Trachte site.
Drafting Workflow
The agreed process for FAQ content production:
- Robin (Trachte) writes the initial draft for each FAQ set, drawing on internal subject matter expertise.
- Sebastian Gant (Asymmetric) reviews the drafts, refines language for SEO effectiveness, and provides suggestions on structure, keyword alignment, and readability.
- Revised FAQs are published to the site.
Sebastian has also offered to draft FAQs directly if Trachte prefers to delegate that step.
Strategic Rationale
FAQ content serves dual purposes in Trachte's SEO program:
- Search visibility: Well-structured FAQs targeting common customer questions can capture featured snippet placements and long-tail query traffic.
- User engagement: On-page FAQs reduce friction for prospective buyers evaluating products or services, supporting conversion goals aligned with the broader [3] effort.
Prioritizing product and service pages for FAQ expansion is consistent with bottom-of-funnel SEO strategy — these pages attract users with higher purchase intent than informational content.
Action Items
| Owner | Action |
|---|---|
| Robin (Trachte) | Provide initial drafts for product and service page FAQs |
| Sebastian Gant | Review and refine FAQ drafts once received; publish or hand off for publication |
| Jessica Rudnicki | Follow up internally on "Ask the Expert" review status |
Notes & Context
- The FAQ initiative was discussed alongside broader SEO and PPC priorities in the January 2026 monthly sync. Robin was not present at this meeting; Jessica confirmed the "Ask the Expert" FAQs are still in review.
- The phased approach (Smart Lock → Ask the Expert → Product/Service pages) allows the team to build a repeatable process before scaling to higher-volume page types.
- Future FAQ performance should be trackable via the Campaign URL Builder tagging now in use across Trachte's digital properties. See [4] for details on the attribution setup.
