BluePoint Contact Form Site-Wide Rollout
Overview
During the [1] November 2025 marketing review, the newly designed website contact form was approved for site-wide deployment. The key configuration decision was setting "Reverse ATM" as the pre-selected default option to ensure all inbound submissions are correctly categorized and trackable from the moment they arrive.
The form had previously been implemented on a single page only. Full rollout requires developer work to propagate it across all pages while preserving per-page source tracking in the form data.
Decision
Approved: Roll out the new contact form to all pages on the BluePoint ATM website.
Default selection: "Reverse ATM" pre-selected on load.
Rationale: The majority of inbound interest is for the Reverse ATM product. Defaulting to this option reduces miscategorization of leads and ensures submissions flow into the correct tracking and follow-up workflows without requiring manual correction downstream.
Implementation Notes
- The form color scheme is constrained by the form provider — colors inside the form cannot be changed. External elements (e.g., surrounding labels or buttons) can be styled to match the site.
- Each page must be individually configured so the form submission records which page it originated from. This is a non-trivial programming requirement and cannot be handled by a simple copy-paste of the form embed.
- The developer was flagged to begin rollout immediately following approval on the call.
"We want to make sure because every, even though it looks like it's standard across the board, we want it to show what page it comes from, and there's some programming to that."
