BluepointATM State Pages Expansion & Fixes

Overview

BluePoint ATM has 10 state-specific service pages live, with plans to expand to all 50 states. Before expanding, several UX and consistency issues need to be resolved. The long-term goal is to rank for non-branded, geo-specific searches like "reverse ATMs in Michigan" by making BluePoint appear local in every market they serve.

Required Fixes (Existing 10 Pages)

1. Mobile Responsiveness

The hero image crops the ATM unit on mobile viewports. The fix should ensure the ATM remains visible at all common mobile screen sizes.

"When I say that, I mean primarily the hero image because I love the hero image updates with the reverse ATM in the picture. But then if you look at it on your cell phone, you don't see that." — Mike Stebbins

Owner: Karly Oykhman (Asymmetric)

2. Headline Standardization

Headlines under the hero image vary across pages. All 10 pages should use a consistent headline that references both ATM and reverse ATM services. BluePoint (Mike/Wade) will provide the updated headline copy via email.

Owner: Mike Stebbins to send copy → Karly Oykhman to implement

3. Secondary Phone Number Placement

The phone number is currently only in the hero image. As users scroll, there is no visible call option. A second phone number block (matching the style used on the main BluePoint website — the mid-page section with the phone number and photo) should be added approximately halfway down each state page.

The intent is partly to reinforce local presence via CallRail tracking numbers, not just to drive more calls.

"Not necessarily to draw more telephone leads, but more to the call rail, the local number visual effect of, hey, they're local." — Wade Zirkle

Owner: Karly Oykhman (Asymmetric)

4. Service Area Map CTA

The current subheading "Select your state" was flagged as a "mystery" — users don't know what they'll get when they click. A short clarifying subheading should be added, such as:

"Click on your state to see our local service offerings."

BluePoint (Wade/Mike) will propose final copy.

Owner: Wade Zirkle to send options → Karly Oykhman to implement

Expansion Plan: 10 → 50 State Pages

Once fixes are complete and the service area map page is added to site navigation, the remaining 40 state pages will be built out.

Local SEO Strategy

Each state page should be independently optimized for non-branded, geo-specific search queries — e.g., "reverse ATMs in Michigan" or "ATM services in Colorado." The goal is to appear local and rank in markets where BluePoint operates or wants to develop business.

Mark Hope referenced [2] (Clean Management Environmental) as a working model: a single-facility company that ranks across dozens of states and cities using this exact pattern — state pages → city sub-pages → localized forms that route leads by geography.

BluePoint does not need to go to city-level depth immediately, but state-level pages with localized copy and SEO optimization is the near-term target.
