SEO Copy Deliverables
Copy was prepared for all primary website pages and shared in a collaborative document. Pages with completed copy were marked green for client review.
Each page includes:
- Body copy — SEO-optimized, aligned with target keywords discussed in prior strategy sessions
- FAQs — Bottom-of-page FAQ sections per page
- Meta title — Optimized for search visibility
- Meta description — Supporting click-through from search results
"Everything is very much pulling the SEO that we've talked about. And at the bottom, actually, there's FAQs, and then there's the meta and the meta description, which are two things that we always put in website or in pages."
— Melissa Cusumano

Image Requirements
Placeholder images were placed on the Miro board during the design phase. Lisa is responsible for sourcing final images to replace them.
Requirements
- Orientation: Landscape preferred — fits the website layout and reflects the nature of JBF's concrete landscaping work
- Resolution: High-resolution required; low-res placeholders are not suitable for production
- Cropping: Asymmetric can crop/adjust as needed once high-res assets are provided
Sourcing Constraints
JBF Concrete's only active social media presence is Instagram. There is no YouTube or LinkedIn account to draw from. Lisa will pull images from Instagram and any other available project photography.
"He only has an Instagram. He doesn't have a YouTube or a LinkedIn."
— Melissa Cusumano
Action Item
- Lisa (JBF Concrete): Source high-resolution, landscape-oriented images and supply them to replace Miro board placeholders before the next review.
Website Design Status
As of the 2026-02-23 meeting, the Miro board designs and overall site structure were approved by Lisa:
"The mural is great. I'll look for specific landscape image sizes, highest resolution versus placeholders. But those designs in the development are good to go."
— Lisa Frommelt
Progress on publishing is contingent on:
- Image delivery from Lisa
- Resolution of the [3] to enable live Google review pulling
