L'Amarie Beauty — Before/After Image Slider

Overview

The L'Amarie Beauty service page redesign includes a before/after image slider component on each service page. The client (Roxanna) requested this as part of a broader service page overhaul reviewed in the [1].

The slider is considered a standard, achievable component. Implementation is assigned to [2] as part of the broader service page work, targeted for completion by Monday with a potential Tuesday client review.

Component Requirements

Photo Availability Tracking

Photos are not yet provided for all service variants. Roxanna is responsible for:

  1. Supplying the actual before/after photos
  2. Marking photo availability directly in the source Excel document

Convention: When a photo is available for a given service variant, Roxanna will flag it in the Excel sheet (e.g., under a "Key Ingredients / Photo" column). Isahaque should check this column before building out each variant's slider.

Until photos are confirmed and provided, the before/after section should either be hidden or use a placeholder, consistent with how other pending sections (e.g., the User-Generated section) are being handled.

Copy & Consistency Guidelines

These apply to all content surrounding the slider, consistent with the broader service page style rules:

Rule Detail
Font style Lowercase and bold — match product page style
Section titles Capitalized (e.g., "Before & Afters", "Key Ingredients")
Semicolons Remove all semicolons from any copy in or around this section
Color-coding (Excel) Roxanna's color-coding in the source doc is inconsistent — verify correct copy per variant rather than relying solely on color
