Quarra Italia Website Asset Requirements
A consolidated checklist of media and content assets needed to complete the Quarra Italia website build. These requirements were identified during the November 2025 staging review call with the Asymmetric and Quarra Italia teams.

Asset Checklist
Logo
- [ ] Vector logo (SVG or EPS) — current placeholder is pixelated; required before homepage can be finalized
Homepage — Featured Projects
- [ ] 4 featured projects selected, with images and project details (name, artist/carver, year, location)
- 2 artisanal projects
- 2 architectural projects (note: Barcelona projects may not be usable; consider Quarra USA projects as substitutes)
About Us Page
- [ ] Studio history document — Fede to provide the client-facing document she prepared, tracing the lineage from the Cervietti studio to Quarra Italia
- [ ] Tool photos — new photos of Quarra Italia's tools to replace the Quarra USA placeholder image currently on the page
Architectural Page
- [ ] Factory and process shots — interior/production photography to supplement the thin architectural portfolio
- [ ] Architectural project photos — any completed projects that can be represented (columns, capitals, and similar elements qualify as architectural even if originally made as fine art)
- [ ] Quarra USA project assets — Fede to coordinate with the US team; USA projects may be used to fill out the architectural portfolio while Quarra Italia builds its own body of work
Artisanal Carving Page
- [ ] Additional video assets — Fede noted several of the provided images are actually videos that need to be properly embedded
Content (Copy) Requirements
These are not media assets but are closely related deliverables needed to complete the same pages.

Process Notes
- Asymmetric will send content outlines for the Artisanal and Architectural pages before Federica's team writes copy. Outlines will describe what each section should cover (e.g., "3-sentence summary," "process description," etc.) so the Quarra Italia team can fill in the blanks with accurate terminology.
- Staging links will be sent to Fede, Federica, Valentina, and Luigi so they can review pages in context while gathering assets.
- Homepage projects are updatable — the initial selection does not need to be permanent; Asymmetric confirmed the featured projects can be rotated over time.
- Architectural portfolio strategy: Since Quarra Italia's architectural work is nascent (the studio was acquired as a carving studio), the page will be supplemented with Quarra USA projects and factory/process photography until Quarra Italia builds its own architectural portfolio.
