A.B. Hooper staff reported the website appearing "down" for some users. Investigation confirmed the site is accessible externally — the issue is caused by the client's internal network (intranet) DNS configuration preventing users from resolving their own domain from within the company network.

Workaround: Users should access the site via incognito mode or from a device not connected to the company intranet (e.g., mobile data).

Root cause: SuperNet configured the client's network security in a way that blocks internal resolution of the company's own domain. This is a client-side infrastructure issue, not a problem with the hosted site.
