# Wisconsin Guide Landing Page — Status Update

## Overview

The Adavacare Wisconsin Guide landing page, targeting a **February 26 event deadline**, was flagged as a blocker during the [[wiki/meetings/2026-02-02-team-stand-up|2026-02-02 Team Stand Up]]. The task had gone missing from ClickUp as a direct result of the [[wiki/ops/2026-02-02-clickup-migration-incident|ClickUp migration failure]], preventing the design team from picking it up through normal sprint workflow.

A secondary concern emerged during the same meeting: Sebastian received a notification over the weekend that the agency had been **removed from Adavacare's Facebook account**, which may signal an impending client departure.

## Task Status

| Field | Detail |
|---|---|
| **Deliverable** | Wisconsin Guide landing page (+ single flyer) |
| **Target Date** | February 26, 2026 |
| **ClickUp Task** | ❌ Missing — lost in migration |
| **Assigned Designer** | Andre |
| **Workaround** | Design specs sent directly to Andre via Slack/message |

The task had existed in ClickUp since at least January 19 (Sebastian confirmed it was created then as a copy of the January version). It disappeared from Andre's view prior to the migration incident and was fully gone by the time he attempted to work on it on Saturday, February 1.

**Decision:** Do not recreate the ClickUp task until the migration issue is resolved. Sebastian sent specs directly to Andre to unblock work immediately. Scope was narrowed to **one flyer only** to keep delivery achievable.

## Client Departure Risk

- Sebastian received a notification on **Saturday, February 1** that the agency was removed from Adavacare's Facebook account.
- No active Facebook/Meta ads were running at the time, making the removal harder to explain as accidental.
- Melissa noted it was February 1 — a natural date for a client to issue a 30-day notice.
- Melissa confirmed she still appeared as a user on the Adavacare account itself, suggesting the removal may have been limited to the Meta/Facebook page specifically.

**Assessment:** Possible early signal of client churn. Monitor closely. Account manager should note any further access changes or communication shifts.
