# Hazard OS App Status — 2026-02-24

## Overview

Status check on the AHS "Hazard OS" app, discussed during the [[wiki/meetings/2026-02-24-weekly-call-sebastian|2026-02-24 Weekly Call with Sebastian]]. The app is substantially complete and is being prepared for a draft presentation to [[wiki/clients/current/ahs/_index|AHS]] the following week.

## App Description

Hazard OS is a full-cycle hazard management operating system with three integrated stages:

1. **Mobile field collection** — Field staff use a mobile interface to log hazard data on-site
2. **Office processing** — Submitted data flows into an office-side view for review and management
3. **Invoice generation** — Office staff convert processed records into invoices

Every step of this workflow is built. The app is described as large, with many pages.

## Current Status

| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Build state | Complete |
| Remaining work | ~4 hours of focused effort |
| Next milestone | Draft presentation to AHS |
| Target | Week of 2026-03-02 |

## Action Items

- [ ] **Mark Hope** — Complete final ~4 hours of work on Hazard OS app
- [ ] **Mark Hope** — Schedule a draft presentation call with AHS for the week of 2026-03-02

## Context & Rationale

Mark noted that committing to a presentation date with the client would serve as a forcing function to ensure the remaining work gets done. Sebastian had already communicated to the AHS contact that Mark was close to finishing.

> "I'll try to get some of that done today and then tell her that we'll be ready to present it to her, at least in draft form, next week. That way it'll put a gun to my head." — Mark Hope
