## Overview

The Avant Gardening account is transitioning from its initial setup phase into ongoing management. Following an internal discussion on 2025-11-19, Ben was assigned as the lead account manager, with Melissa coaching him through the handoff. This decision was made deliberately to develop Ben's client management skills while avoiding further overloading Sebastian, who had just taken on the large Seamless and Cordwainer projects.

The account was built out by Chris, who completed Google Ads, Meta Ads, and a reporting dashboard under a 3-month setup agreement. The handoff creates a natural upsell opportunity: the client will likely need someone to manage and optimize what was built.
