### YouTube Channel Access

New video uploads were blocked because YouTube requires login to the associated Gmail account, and 2FA sends a code to Steve's phone. Rather than coordinating over email, Karly initiated the login live on the call and Steve read the code aloud. Access granted immediately.

> **Karly:** "I figured while we were on the call, we could probably just knock that out quickly instead of trying to connect over email with that."

### SMS Sign-Up Form

A new subscription landing page was built to grow the Crazy Lenny's SMS marketing list. Key details:

- **Fields:** Phone number, email address, first/last name
- **Opt-in:** Explicit checkboxes for SMS and email (required for compliance)
- **In-store:** QR code flyers will direct customers to the form; flyers to be ready by end of week
- **Online:** A January email campaign will invite existing email subscribers to opt into SMS — they cannot be migrated automatically

Steve approved the form without changes.

### Bike Rental Request Form

A new form was added to the rentals page to streamline rental inquiries. Key details:

- **Fields:** Desired pickup date/time, number of bikes, specifications
- **Disclaimer:** Automated response to submitters states "This is not a confirmed booking"
- **Notifications:** Submissions routed to Steve, Evan, and `info@CrazyLennys`
- **Lead time:** 24-hour minimum enforced (Steve noted rentals are almost never sold out — only 1–2 days per year, typically mid-summer)
- **Advanced booking cap:** Not added for now; Steve may want to revisit

Steve approved the form.
