# Lost Pages Analysis — Ahrefs Data

## Overview

Yashwant is conducting a lost pages recovery analysis for Crazy Lenny's E-Bikes using Ahrefs data. This work was reported in progress during the [[wiki/meetings/2025-12-29-team-stand-up|final team stand-up of 2025]].

## Status

**In Progress** — as of 2025-12-29

## Objective

Identify pages that have lost organic search visibility (rankings, traffic, or indexation) using Ahrefs' lost pages report, and develop a recovery plan to restore or redirect that lost equity.

## Work Completed

- Yashwant pulled Ahrefs data to identify lost pages for the Crazy Lenny's E-Bikes site.
- Initial analysis of the lost pages report was underway as of the stand-up.

## Next Steps

- Continue working through the Ahrefs lost pages data.
- Determine which lost pages are candidates for:
  - Content restoration / republishing
  - 301 redirects to relevant live pages
  - Consolidation with existing content
- Deliver findings and recommendations to the account team.

## Related Work

Yashwant is also working on [[wiki/clients/current/quora-stone/internal-linking-suggestions|Quora Stone internal linking and page suggestions]] in parallel this week.

## Notes

- "Lost Pages" in Ahrefs refers to pages that previously had backlinks or ranked but are no longer returning a 200 status, or have dropped out of the index.
- This analysis is part of broader SEO work for the Crazy Lenny's account.
