- Steve will fund the card within a few days; Karly will resume/manage campaigns once resolved

## Marketing Assets

### SMS Sign-Up Campaign
- **Social post:** Approved
- **Email:** Approved; linked to sign-up form
- **Send date:** First week of February
- **Goal:** Build SMS list to drive engagement and in-store traffic for future promotions

### Newsletter
- January "New Year, New Miles" email will **not** send in January
- Rationale: a new promo email is going out the following week — sending two emails in close succession would be too much
- Plan: lightly revise the newsletter to soften the New Year framing, repurpose as the **February newsletter**

## Website & In-Store

### Bike Inventory
- Website bike listings are out of date
- Steve will audit and update inventory this week, taking advantage of the seasonal slowdown

### QR Code Stands
- Initiative is with Evan (client-side); Steve will follow up with him
- Evan was out the day of the meeting

- No timeline update; Steve confirmed it's still planned but no date set
- Asymmetric to stand by until Steve provides a timeline
