## Signage Update

Melissa has been in contact with two signage vendors and is gathering quotes. The team floated a **bike-themed mural** on the building's side wall as a creative alternative, but Steve shut it down on two grounds:

1. **Cost** — finances are tight heading into season
2. **Ownership** — Steve does not own the building

Path forward: backlit sign quotes only. Melissa will continue vendor outreach and report back when pricing is available.

## Meeting Rescheduling

Steve requested moving the weekly sync off Mondays for the duration of e-bike season. Rationale: Thursday–Monday are the highest-traffic retail days, with Monday drawing retirees who avoid weekend crowds. Tuesdays are quieter.

**New cadence:** Tuesdays at 11 AM  
Karly will delete the existing Monday invite and send a new Zoom link to Steve and Melissa.
