# Exterior Renovations Task Closeout

## Overview

During the [[wiki/meetings/2026-01-22-sprint-planning|2026-01-22 Sprint Planning Meeting]], Melissa flagged that several completed tasks from Yash (Yashwant Khare) on the Exterior Renovations account were still sitting open in the task management system. Ben San Fratello, who took over the account from Chris, was asked to review and close them out.

Ben needs to:
1. Review completed tasks marked done by Yash on the Exterior Renovations account
2. Verify the work in each task (check links, deliverables, and notes)
3. Mark tasks as closed/complete once reviewed and understood
4. Use the review as an opportunity to get up to speed on what has been done before adding new recurring tasks

## Context

Ben recently took over the Exterior Renovations account from Chris. During the transition, he intentionally left Chris's recurring tasks in place while he met with the client to understand what work should continue and what should be phased out. Now that he has a clearer picture, he is ready to begin cleaning up the backlog and adding his own tasks.
