## Overview

Exterior Renovations has requested a 2026 strategy and planning meeting, prompted in part by visible lead growth (258 → 303 YoY as of December). They want to understand how Asymmetric is contributing to that growth — specifically a breakdown of where time, money, and effort are being spent. Jason plans to bring in an additional shareholder (his boss) for the meeting, and they've expressed interest in coming into the office.
