## Background

## Escalation Plan

1. **Daily follow-up:** Karly to contact Gilbert every day for 2–3 days, pressing him to locate and act on the verification email.
2. **Fallback:** If Gilbert does not respond or the email cannot be recovered within that window, create a new Google Ads account from scratch rather than continuing to wait.
