# Google Ads Account Access — 2026-01-05

## Overview

During the first stand-up of 2026, a blocker was identified and resolved for the Flynn Audio Google Ads account: the account was not visible within the Asymmetric Marketing manager account. Gilbert confirmed a new account link exists and committed to granting manager access to resolve the issue.

## Issue

The Flynn Audio Google Ads account was not appearing under the Asymmetric Marketing manager account. This blocked Gilbert from making ad updates requested by the client (Carly).

> **Gilbert:** "There's a new link for that. So I'll be sending you the link for the Flynn Audio."
> **Mark:** "Send me the link. And can you just go in there and make Asymmetric Marketing the manager?"
> **Gilbert:** "Okay. I will. So just make Asymmetric Marketing the manager, then it'll appear."

## Resolution

- **Gilbert** to send the new Flynn Audio Google Ads account link to Mark
- **Gilbert** to grant **Asymmetric Marketing** manager-level access to the Flynn Audio Google Ads account
- Once manager access is granted, the account will appear in the Asymmetric Marketing manager dashboard and work can proceed

## Context

The immediate work item driving this fix was a set of ad updates requested by Carly (Flynn Audio client contact). Gilbert had flagged this as a priority task for the day.
