# Account Transition to Ben — Phased Handoff Plan

The goal is to reduce Carly's workload while giving Ben enough accounts to stay fully occupied. ## Rationale

- **Offload Carly.** Flynn Audio is one of the accounts Carly currently carries; redistributing it frees her capacity.
- **Build Ben's book.** Combined with Overhead Door and his existing accounts, Flynn Audio gives Ben a full workload.
- **Relationship continuity.** Mark has a personal rapport with the Flynn Audio contact (occasional lunches), which provides a safety net during the transition.
