Full refresh of all ad graphics across Google and Meta timed to a mid-March launch. Creative direction: simple, brand-reinforcing messaging anchored to the 125-year milestone. Sebastian to provide performance overview and creative guidance; Jessica and Miranda to produce new assets.

### Lead Tracking & Attribution
- **Campaign URL Builder** — Jessica is now tagging all ad links for granular source attribution. Sebastian to include breakdown in future reports.
- **Call Attribution** — On hold pending a decision between RingCentral and a native Dynamics 365 calling tool. Sebastian following up with Robin.
