# GTM Tracking Setup — Google & Bing Ads Account Access Blocker

## Overview

During the final team stand-up of 2025, Yashwant flagged that his Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup for [[wiki/clients/current/vcedc/index|VCEDC]] is blocked pending access to the client's Google Ads and Bing Ads accounts. Without these credentials, conversion tracking cannot be configured and the GTM implementation cannot proceed.

## Blocker Details

- **Blocked task:** GTM tracking setup for the VCEDC website
- **Dependency:** Access to the client's existing Google Ads and Bing Ads accounts
- **Assigned to:** Yashwant Khare (SEO / tracking implementation)
- **Access request owner:** Melissa Cusumano

Mark noted that VCEDC likely already has a Google Analytics account and that the team should request all relevant logins — Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Bing Ads — in a single ask to avoid back-and-forth.
