#### Launch Sequence (once blockers cleared)

1. Melissa instructs Aki to freeze staging edits
2. Mark switches nameservers → ~1 hour downtime expected
3. Mark pushes staging to production
4. Aki resumes edits on staging (now identical to production)
5. Mark activates Stripe payment gateway using credentials from LastPass

#### Known Infrastructure Notes

- Existing DNS records captured: A, MX, SPF
- **Missing DMARC record** — potential email deliverability risk post-launch
- Old site is not WordPress; was rebuilt from scratch (not migrated)
- Switching DNS will make old site inaccessible via domain — no rollback without contacting previous host
