# Citrus America 15-Year Anniversary Logo & Badge

## Overview

The Citrus America "15 Years" anniversary logo was approved and debuted in the January newsletter. A follow-on design task was greenlit during the [[wiki/clients/citrus-america/meetings/2026-01-cai-monthly-call|January 2026 monthly call]] to expand the base logo into a more versatile badge suitable for email signatures and trade show printed materials.

## Current Status

- **Base logo:** Approved and live (used in January newsletter)
- **Badge expansion:** In progress — pending tagline copy from Miriam Framson

## Design Direction

The expanded badge should build on the approved top-left logo variant and incorporate:

### Visual Reference

Miriam shared a reference image (Dutch-language trade show badge) showing a competitor's approach: a floating sign in the booth that appears naturally in attendee photos. The CAI badge should be similarly self-contained and "scannable at a glance."

### Brand Integration

- Primary: Citrus America brand colors and typography
- The badge should feel like a standalone credential, not a full ad unit
- Keep it simple — the logo, tagline, and URL are sufficient

## Intended Uses

1. **Email signatures** — appended to all CAI staff email signatures
2. **Trade show printed materials** — booth signage, table cards, sponsor placements (e.g., NGA 2026, WGA cocktail event)
3. **Digital social assets** — potential use as a watermark or corner badge on social posts
