# BluePoint CallRail Setup — Pending Resolution

## Overview

CallRail implementation for BluePoint ATM is currently **blocked** pending clarification from Mark Hope (Asymmetric). As of the November 2025 marketing review call, the setup had not been completed. A follow-up call was committed to for the same week to resolve outstanding questions and unblock the configuration.

This article tracks the status, blocking issues, and interim workarounds for BluePoint's call tracking setup.

## Current Status

**Blocked.** Mark was reviewing the CallRail configuration and had accumulated questions he needed to clarify with the BluePoint team before proceeding. The expectation was that once those questions were resolved, implementation would take only a few days.
