# Aviary Image Assets for Display Ads

## Overview

Aviary's Google Ads display remarketing campaign launched with no usable image assets. The client has not provided photography or production-ready graphics — only logo files accessible via a Figma or Notion brand board. This article documents what's needed, where to source it, and the specs required for Google Display Network ads.

## Current Asset Situation

- **Logo files:** Available via a Figma or Notion brand board shared by the client. These were used to create a brand guideline but have not been exported as usable image files.
- **Website imagery:** Minimal. The Aviary site is largely text-based with no photography suitable for display ads.
- **Case study PDFs and one video:** Provided by the client but not usable for display ad image slots.
- **Existing Google Ads assets:** A 128×128 logo and a 300×300 newsletter icon were present in the account. Both are undersized or wrong-format for display requirements.

During the account review, an automated tool attempted to pull and resize images directly from the Aviary website. Results were rejected due to dimension and resolution issues, confirming that proper assets need to be sourced and prepared manually.

## What's Needed

### 1. Logo Conversions (Design Team)

Export all logo variants from the Figma/Notion brand board into production-ready formats:

- **Formats:** JPEG, PNG (transparent background where applicable)
- **Sizes needed for Google Display:**
  - Square logo: minimum 128×128, recommended 1200×1200
  - Landscape logo: 4:1 ratio, minimum 512×128, recommended 1200×300
- **Action:** Sebastian to send brand board access to the design team. Design team to export and return files ready for upload.

### 2. Stock Photography (5–6 Images)

Source from iStock. Images should feel relevant to Aviary's product — an outbound voice AI platform targeting banks, credit unions, and insurance companies.

**Suggested themes:**
- AI / technology aesthetic (modern, abstract, robotic — not cheesy)
- Call center or phone communication context
- Professional financial services setting (banker, office, handshake)
- People answering phones or in a business conversation

**Format requirements for Google Display:**
- Landscape marketing image: 1.91:1 ratio, minimum 600×314, recommended 1200×628
- Square marketing image: 1:1 ratio, minimum 300×300, recommended 1200×1200

Avoid anything that looks generic or consumer-facing. The audience is B2B decision-makers at financial institutions.

## Upload Destination
