# FinWellU Marketing Materials — Flyers, PDFs & Trade Show Assets

## Overview

As of the March 2026 post-launch review, all core FinWellU marketing collateral (flyers, PDFs) has been finalized and delivered in editable Adobe Illustrator format. A trade show booth back screen is a known upcoming need, with requirements potentially shifting after the GVA national partnership meeting.

## Finalized Collateral

- **Flyers and PDFs** are complete and have been printed by the client.
- All files were delivered in **Adobe Illustrator format**, allowing the client's internal marketing contact (a former marketing professional) to make edits independently.
- The client confirmed the pieces "turned out fantastic" and printed them promptly after delivery.

> *Note:* Earlier attempts by the client to edit from a flat JPEG were unsuccessful — the Illustrator source files resolved this. If the client ever needs elements extracted or remixed into a new layout, Asymmetric can assist on request.

## Trade Show Booth Back Screen

### Status
- A **new back screen** is needed for an upcoming trade show.
- The current assets are insufficient resolution for a large-format booth display.
- This asset has **not yet been started**; timing depends on the outcome of the GVA partnership meeting, which may introduce co-branding requirements.

### Requirements
- Higher resolution / large-format output suitable for a trade show back wall.
- Design should follow trade show best practices: simple, scannable messaging; avoid placing key content in the lower ~4 feet (typically obscured by tables or banners).

### Design Support Process
If the client needs this asset quickly or is uncertain about direction, Asymmetric can:
1. Accept a rough sketch or verbal description of the desired layout.
2. Pull elements from existing Illustrator source files.
3. Compose and deliver a draft for review.

Peter noted the GVA meeting outcome (scheduled the day after this call) may require adding a co-brand or adjusting the visual identity on booth materials before production.

---

## Key Decisions

| Decision | Detail |
|---|---|
| Illustrator format confirmed | Client has internal Illustrator access; files delivered in editable format |
| Trade show screen deferred | Pending GVA meeting outcome before committing to final design |
| Asymmetric available for design support | Can work from sketches or pull from existing source files |

---

## Action Items

- [ ] **Peter (FinWellU):** Confirm post-GVA whether co-branding is required on trade show materials before production begins.
- [ ] **Asymmetric:** Stand by to produce high-res trade show back screen once branding direction is confirmed; reach out via Wednesday email thread.

---

## Notes

- The client's internal contact handles day-to-day Illustrator edits; Asymmetric's role on collateral is support and production of net-new assets.
- Any significant redesign (e.g., new brand layer from GVA) should be scoped as a separate deliverable.
