Ongoing reference for Skaalen's recurring and scheduled print ad placements, including publication contacts, deadlines, and design notes. Updated as of the November 2025 monthly marketing call.

- Only one LPI ad is active (Skaalen Heights); no other properties currently placed

## Design Conventions & Notes

- **125th Anniversary Logo:** Used only through end of 2025. Do not carry into January 2026 placements (e.g., LPI).
- **Ad Sizing:** Reference the All-Staff Thank You / Nurses Week ad dimensions for O'Rourke placements.
- **Publication Name Changes:** The O'Rourke paper has changed names over the years — confirm current name/contact at submission time.
- **Best of Madison vs. Best of McFarland:** Skaalen participates in Best of McFarland only. Best of Madison requires paid vote-solicitation ads and is not part of the current plan.
